Toddler Girl’s Room Decor

Hi again.  It has been forever since I last made a blog post so I thought I should post something at least!
I’ve been so crazy busy the past month and a bit between moving, trying to build a house, tax season craziness to working on my recipes for my products.  I have to say though my NU.BABEE products are amazing.  I just finalized my lotion recipe and it is so silky smooth I can’t get enough of it!  I’m hoping to be ready soon to contact our local Farmer’s and Crafter’s Market to see if I can get in there maybe in June/July.  I’m pretty excited!

I’ve been doing some browsing over Pinterest for Toddler Girl’s Room Ideas as I’m starting to plan Miss Lainey’s new room in our new house.  So,I thought I would share some of my finds.

Toddler Meals

Now that my LO is getting older and can eat more of what we eat, I have to start getting a bit more creative with her meals.  So I thought I would share a few recipes I found online.

1) Savoury Mini Muffins

Find the recipe here

They are healthy and quick if you just freeze a bunch at a time.

2) French Toast Fingers

I liked this one because my LO just loves her squash.  Great way to cook up squash in a different way

5) Creamy Chicken Dinner with Apple

(Sorry no photo) Here is the recipe:

2 chicken breast halves, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
4 fl oz (1/2 cup)  apple juice
pinch dried rosemary
pinch freshly ground black pepper
2 fl oz (1/4 cup) double or heavy cream
2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the chicken until browned,  over a medium heat. Add the apple juice, rosemary and black pepper and  reduce the heat. Cover and simmer for 10-15 mins, until the chicken is  cooked through. Remove the chicken and keep warm. Add the cream to the  frying pan and cook, stirring, until thickened and reduced by about half. Return the chicken to the mixture and heat for a few minutes. Sprinkle  with the parsley, chop to size and serve with brown  rice and steamed carrots.

I found the recipe here if you are interested in more chicken recipes.

6) Cheddar Cheese Sauce

I really like this simple cheese sauce.  I put it on a pasta or even on top of veggies.

Enjoy!
